Cashback originally tracked quickly at the correct rate. Some weeks later, it changed to a zero balance, which I expected, but five months on, it was still zero. Opened a missing cashback claim, with no result. Disappointed in the merchant, but Topcashback's service has been excellent. I think they offered something they had no intention of delivering.
