	No Cash back for the second year running Please do not bother attempting to get cash back from compare the market they just don't pay out this is the second year running they have declined. Use somebody else.

	Still waiting Followed all steps and told the £38 cashback would appear within a day and it didn’t. Put on ice in February when it was challenged and last week- declined. Absolutely disgusting. Still challenging this and awaiting an outcome.

	Poor Experience It's hard to get the cash refund from comparethemarket. I bought home insurance a year ago on comparethemarket but I couldn't get the refund until May 2025.

	Avoid it When i took out insurance, it said that the cashback should be shown within one day on my account. It didn't happen. Instead i waited a full two months for the so-called "ice period" to thaw. And the cashback was not the promised £40, it was just £38.

	Did not pay cashback I followed all the terms and conditions exactly (as other reviewers have said) but cashback was declined. I will not be using Compare The Market again!

	Paid cashback in under 3 months. Was £0 after purchase on 29 Jan and changed to payable of £38 on 7 April.

	Disappointing It’s been 3+ months but still not received cashback! Compared to other businesses, it seems like it takes forever to get it.

	Rip off I received an immediate message from Top Cashback that the transaction had tracked but nothing appeared in pending. Like other reviewers I obeyed all the rules but it seems Comparethemarket have, of late , decided to take the mick and not pay anything. I will certainly not use them again. Top Cashback should remove them from the site.

	What a Joke!!! I followed all the rules very carefully to get the cashback and bought home and buildings Insurance. Cashback --- Declined why? I contacted Topcashback they gave a generic useless response. Why does it take this inordinate length of time to get the cashback approved and payable? They are ripping off customers left right and centre. I am not the only one. SHOW ME THE MONEY!!! False promises and lies thats all I got.

	Rejected - despite following t&c There was nothing more I could have done to bend over backwards and meet their terms and conditions regarding the cashback, but yet it was still rejected on those grounds. If you want to buy through this website, great! But don't expect any cashback.

	Home Cover CTM had the best quote for home insurance . Took out policy on 20/12/24. Cashback payable w/c 7/3/25. Insurance companies seem to take a while to pay out so this was not too long really.

	Poor Although following all the correct links and purchasing a policy it then took nearly 6 months before they paid out after initially declining. Topcashback also couldn’t help for ages. Doubt I’ll use either again

	DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM You'll see loads of reviews stating cashback has been declined due to not meeting the Ts and Cs. It's an absolute cop out to not pay any cash. Avoid.

	No point - declines cash back! Used this for my home insurance and the cash back claim has been updated only now since November to say declined?! Don’t bother using!

	ALWAYS declined! ALWAYS declined! Another merchant that doesn't honour cashback. AVOID. I cleared cache and didn't use any vouchers. And took out a policy.

	It took 4 months It took 4 months and was disputed by compare the market. It was a non-complex transaction, a home insurance policy that was paid in full, with not vouchers or discounts involved. TopCashback team have solved this for me now though, which is great ??

	Not worth it I should have read prior reviews, as I too suffered the same fate - declined cashback. I won't be using compare cashback option again and will shop elsewhere for insurance.
