Superb. Can't fault them.
Incredibly easy to order and get an installation date booked. Everything so far has been spot on - no problems whatsoever and I'm even getting faster speeds than expected. Getting over £100 cashback paid within 3 months too was an absolute bonus. Highly, highly recommended!

Was promised 102 pounds if we took out a 24 month contract with community fibre, it’s been 17 weeks and we have not received a penny.
They blame top cash back and vice versa, nobody will help us and we are now stuck in a 24 month contract with broadband that is nowhere near as fast as was promised and drops out at least 2 or 3 times a day. It’s about 120mbp and funnily enough the day it was installed it was 500mb at all times.
Worst broadband we have ever had and top cash back have come up with nothing apart from a “confirmed” payment that does not exist.
I need this money so badly, I have no gas for another week I am so upset.

Poor follow up
Signed up January 2022. Submitted cashback claim for review in February 2022. Rejected fifteen months later on grounds 'Transaction cannot be traced'.
At the same time, a price increase during the 24 month contract - not advised during sign up.
A shame as service to the router is generally good (wifi signal less reliable).
