Hey,
A merchant and a cashback network do have the right to decline cashback if either they believe the transaction wasn’t eligible or that we weren’t the referrer of the cashback. We do try where we can to query decision like this but if a final decision is made this is not something we can overturn I am afraid. Clearing your cookies and cache before logging in can help reduce the chance of this happening.
