	I bought Galaxy S4 from this merchant because of high cash back offer, tracked immediately and finally after 5 months received the full amount, so I definitely recommend this merchant, the phone and services is good and I don't find any problem. Topcashback also very helpful during this process so very thankful

	Very quick service, made a few erros but were soon rectified. Cashback tracked so quickly I was shocked. Would reccommend and use again!

	I purchased an iPhone with an enhanced cashback offer of £101 only to receive £45.45 and have my missing cashback claim declined after 5 months waiting. Had I known I would receive only £45.45 I would not have purchased through Chitter Chatter and feel I have been misled and cheated into using them. Would avoid them in future!!!!

	Avoid this "Chitter Chatter", I purchase Z10 with T-mobile contract as it had £40.40 cashback. All purchase well tracked and my account showed the cash back waiting to be paid from the merchant. Then suddenly it reverted to 0.00. I logged a claim and now they are refusing to pay out, making all kind of excuses. I have asked topcashback to look into it, but it takes long time , its nearly a year now. "Cheater Chatter"....

	I would give this merchant 0 stars if I could, upgraded my sons phone to an s8 £42.99 pm and used chitter chatter through topcashback for the cashback amount and it is totally untracked, I'm furious about it !! I have filed a claim but I also contacted chitter chatter who proceeded to say it's topcashback's responsibility which is a LIE !!! Furious ?????? it's a disgrace

	Set up a new contract with Chitter Chatter, cashback was declined with no reason given. If in the same situation again, I WOULD NOT use Chitter Chatter again because of this specific reason. They have lost a repeat customer over declination of £39 cashback.

	Very disappointed with Chitter Chatter, took out a new mobile phone contract through them however the claim tracked £30 lower than the advertised amount after I made the purchase. I submitted a claim for the correct amount that had been advertised however I received this reply from topcashback: "I’m afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your missing commission claim, no information in helping to clarify as to why this decision has been reached has been provided." Would not use again or recommend.

	AVOID Cashback stated £40.40 received £10.10, Submitted ticket 6 months later reply was chitter chatter had declined it and would give no reason, Very poor.

	Purchased new line from Chitter Chatter, received tracking confirmation in few minutes. Was not sure about cashback but received full amount in 4 months from purchase date. No hesitation in recommending this to friends and family.

	Tracked quickly but same scenario as Leosmummy, sat at £40.40 for long enough then reverted to 0.00 around the payout time. Lodged a claim with TCB as all the criteria was met, which will no doubt sit in limbo for long enough. Disappointed.
