Abysmal customer service. Purchased a jumper that disintegrated in the first wash and got no help whatsoever. Take your hard earned money elsewhere - complete rip off given the price charged

I mistakenly ordered the same jumper in the wrong size and returned it for a refund. They returned it to me saying that there was make up on it and that they wouldn’t accept a return. I actually hadn’t tried the garment on at all and the one I received had no make up on it whatsoever. I emailed photos to them but they refused to accept anything and couldn’t prove that the texture from me had any mark on it at all. They even had a red arrow sticker on the returned item pointing at nothing! They refused to accept the return no matter who I spoke with and were adamant that there was make up on the neck. I have therefore been forced to keep this jumper that doesn’t fit me. I’m disgusted by their attitude and customer service. Please do not buy anything from them. They are a disgrace as is their customer service. I have only ever written a review on this company because I feel so strongly about warning other people about their abysmal practices.
