My family love going to Chessington Adventure World. A bit expensive but with the 10% topcashback offered at the time gives a good discount. Cashback confirmed in a day and now pending after a week. Happy with service received and will most probably use again next year.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the cash back has taken over 9 months pay out. Paid in full when booked in January stayed in hotel August only paid out in November.

Transaction didn't track. Lodged through the correct processes with TCB and got the response that Chessington won't make a decision even though quite legitimate claim. Waste of time Chessington even being here as a merchant.

Tryed on numerous occasions to book through this but the website comes up with payment error for no reason at all, have booked it on phone now as not worth hassle to try and get £10
