Purchased multiple times, each purchase in the multiple hundreds of £s and each time refuses cash back. Overall, good shirts, but not worth going through TCB.

Excellent shirts but don't expect any cashback
I like the quality and fit of Charles Tyrwhitt shirts, so will likely keep buying from them. However they should not be listed on this site, as in my experience, cashback is declined without justification.

Charles Tyrwhitt do not payout
My last eight transactions with Charles Tyrwhitt have tracked, but at £0.00 value. They should be kicked off the Top Cashback platform because they don't payout where the transaction has tracked, I have not returned items or broken any of the terms and conditions.

Company don’t pay cashback
I bought a couple of items with this company, received the items for my husband and kept them, however this company declined my cashback with no reason.
Top Cashback very kindly stepped in and gave me the cashback I should have received from Charles Tyrwhitt.

Avoid
Shopped with this retailer twice, both times they refused cashback as they 'couldn't identify the sale' or words to that effect. Clearly a method of avoiding paying cashback which is dishonest and not acceptable.
There are plenty of other similar retailers around and I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.
Beware that if you are calculating a purchase price based on the cashback you think you will recieve, they probably won't pay it!

Products are good quality, but in terms of honouring TopCashback - a nightmare. After 9 Months still hadn't paid out. The TopCashback website stepped in and paid me the Cashback themselves out of their own pockets which was really, really good of them. But Charles Tyrwhitt? Cashback? Never again.

Went to get cashback from them as spotted a good deal through Google - when following the TCB link the prices increased by 71%!! This made the idea of getting cashback stupid as the price was now so high. Low price returned when clicking from Google - so BEWARE!

As others have noted, when shopping via TopCashback the prices are suddenly inflated so the total price is more even after cashback. Very poor practice
