Carwow have only recently started advertising on TV. They offer a very useful service. Once I chose a car and specification, I got offers from dealers. I was then able to choose the most suitable one, and get my car. The cashback from TopCashBack was a pleasant bonus on a service I would have already used.

Made 3 Purchases through carwow, all separate orders over the past year. Carwow paid out 1 out of 3 cashback offers. Apparently TCB wasn't the last site I visited? Told TCB you cannot physically 'purchase' a vehicle through this website and that they are a referral company. Also had proof within carwow messages to dealerships and confirmed order numbers that I had eventually made purchases after each referral but still would not pay out. Shame really!!

CarWow itself was excellent and I made a great saving on my car. BUT they failed to honour my cashback, like another reviewer, claiming I was 'an existing customer'. Very disappointed in this attitude since I followed the instructions to the letter. I have asked Topcashback to update the instructions to avoind the problem for other cistomers but so far they haven't. I suspect that you need to click through from TCB in order to sign up for your Carwow account in the first place.

Very disappointed, as Carwow did not honour the cashback claim. I appealed and they said this was because I was an 'existing customer' I have only purchased the one car since going on Carwow. I would not use this Merchant again.
