	Boots cashback doesn’t alway track you have to file missing Many times I’ve bought on boots $10 Tuesday but it doesn’t track, then file missing and it rejects it… Plenty of other places to buy from and earn your cashback…

	Bad! Tracking is awful and Very Long Validation Period Boots website tracking is awful, missing tracking most time, and when claim missing track, Boots impose a very long Validation Period of 45 days, so nothing is gonna happen for at 45 days despite it's Boots bad tracking. So go somewhere else.

	Inconsistent tracking and payout Cashback from Boots seems to occur at random. Mostly no tracking or months spent waiting for claims. Inconsistent at best

	Declined due to delivery issue Cashback declined due to order being damaged on arrival, poorly packaged when dispatched, same thing happened with a Christmas order last year. Offered 10% partial refund to keep items which was easier than returning - they then have the cheek to decline the cashback

	Fast pay out of decent cashback amount! Boots used to be extremely slow to pay out, but just 4 weeks for my latest order the cash is payable. Not too bad at all!

	Two recent purchases and two timely cashback payouts. I've bought twice from the Boots website (not their app) in August 2025 and in November 2025, after clicking through from my TCB account. Both purchases tracked within 24 hours and both cashback amount were made payable 30 days later. Also got my usual Boots Advantage reward points. Very happy with their system. 5 stars!!!

	Ok for Boots points but not for Cashback! Topcashback are great but Boots NEVER track, I always see good rates on here and I have to lodge a claim EVERY SINGLE TIME, it is really frustrating. Absolutely time wasters!

	2 orders not tracked I ordered twice from Boots, one where I stocked up on vitamins as they were on offer and the cashback was pretty good. Neither orders tracked and although Boots have been informed nothing has been done about it over 2 months later.

	a great cashback transaction I got cashback quickly from my order going to the Boots website through Top cashback. The cashback was in my pay out account with a few weeks. It is so easy to do. There is no quibble about the cashback, unlike some sites. I am happy to recommend Boots and Top Cashback to anyone.

	Not the best! On smaller payouts i seem to get paid but twice ive ordered Perfumes over £100 and they never seem to record it, ive raised dispute but its 3 months before resolution

	It takes sooooo long None of my Boots transactions track automatically any more. I have to put in a claim, which is put "on ice" for 45 days, then submitted to Boots who take months to review it. It is now November and a purchase made in March has just paid out, but I'm still waiting for one from June. They do tend to pay out eventually, but it is very frustrating, especially on larger purchases.

	Frustrated by this retailer! I have to file a claim every time I make a purchase, as they don’t track. Takes months to get to payable stage. It’s really frustrating as all the other retailers are on track.
