	Cash back never tracks Would give zero but not that option yhe cash back never tracks and it takes months to get it to pay out.

	Declined cashback I was not aware that this was declined until now. I can only assume it was because an item arrived damage on delivery and rather than returning - the item was refunded (£1.20 baby bath) which incidentally made a mess on all the other contents of the parcel that I cleaned and did not insist on returning - lesson learnt! Should this happen again I will try not to make it too easy for them - had I insisted on returning the parcel in the condition it was received then they would have been £37.00 down!

	What's going on Boots? I spent hundreds of pounds buying Christmas presents in several transactions in November 2024. Not even one of the transactions tracked, so I lodged claims for most of them. It is now OCTOBER 2025 and I have just received the cashback. Not impressed!!!

	Long wait Waited 10 months for my transaction to become payable. Ridiculous having to wait almost a year!

	Not worth the effort 1* is too many. Just had to submit a claim, for a pretty expensive item. To be told I have to wait 4 months to see if it will track before TopCashBack will even submit to Boots. Just remove boots from the website, stop wasting everyone's time! Don't waste your time.

	Awful. Does not automatically track. Given up on this retailer. It does not automatically track. You have to contact TopCashback who in turn have to wait weeks before they contact Boots, then you wait months before you get your money. I don't know why this company participates, it seems pointless. I haven't bothered attempting to lodge any further claims.

	Rarely tracks So frustrating, have to submit claim 99% of the time and then wait up to a year for pitiful amounts….waste of time

	I will give ZERO if I can Cashback from Boots is getting really worse these days. Always not tracable, so you have to report missing cashback, and it takes at least 4-5 months, or even 6 months, to see that 2% cashback return to your account. And no update unless you chase.

	DISGRACEFUL ... NO STARS REVIEW Waiting for nearly a YEAR .... to get .....£43.80 cashback ( hardly an insignificant amount ) from this supposed top named high st company..... NEVER TRACKED and ON-ICE FOREVEEEEEERRRRR ..... However don't worry will NEVER buy from your company again !!!!

	Boots doesn't track any cashback I had an order in November 2024, but it wasn't tracked. I submitted a missing cashback ticket, but haven't hear back. Recently, I made another order and the same thing happens. No track and no response to my claim.

	Boots never process cashback claims Boots was my very first Topcash purchase back in December 2024 and yet 9 months later the claim for missing cashback is "still with the retailer". Will never use Boots through Topcashback ever again.

	Cashback not tracking Do not reccomend. I made 3 purchases with boots.com 10 months ago. Neither tracked and there hasn't been an update on my claims in months.

	Never tracks Before 2024, I had no issues with Boots. Since then, none of my purchases track so I have to raise claims. All of these are then put "on ice", meaning they won't submit the claim to Boots for 3 months. Incredibly annoying, time consuming and frustrating. Do better.

	Boots ignores cashback My last four Boots purchases haven't tracked at all and I've been waiting 11 months for the first claim to be responded to by them, despite having sent two nudges to Topcashback. It doesn't matter how many incentives they advertise if they then just ignore the shopper. This situation is disappointing and frustrating.

	Quick! I don’t think I’ve ever had cashback refused from Boots. This time it was a purchase on 1/8/25 which is now payable prior to 11/9/25. Added bonus was a Topcashback bonus offer. Thank you to both of you!

	Bad Tracking and Long time to get cash back. Topcashback tracking to Boots always awful and most of time is not tracked. When submit claim, toipcashback says Boots impose a 45 days "on ice" which means topcashback does not submit the claim to Boots until 45 days later, then to get final result can take up to 3 months, this means if you are lucky, you get you cashback at lease 5 months later which is joke, so I will use other beauty retailer rather than Boots.
