Absolutely fantastic service, couldn't believe the speed of delivery. We ordered late one evening during the Christmas period and our goods were dispatched the following day. The courier company was helpful and we had frequent texts to update us on status of our delivery. I'm impressed!

Ordered a complete bathroom that was in stock and installed all pipework and waste pipes based on the dimensions on their website. Phone call a few days later to say it is not in stock and will be a month delay. As I have laid the floor i either accept no bathroom for a month, or rip out everything i have already done. Not best pleased

Be wary with this merchant - they may not honour cashback claims. I put in a high value order for a bathroom suite. It was supposed to have 6% commission, instead they paid 2%.
I put in a claim for the missing commission and the result was they denied all cashback to me.
The price of the bathroom suite compared to other suppliers was negligible and I chose Better Bathrooms because of the higher commission. Unfortunately I have lost out on all commission for a high value transaction due to the dishonourable intentions of this retailer.

Goods and prices are pretty good, but don't expect to get your cash back. I don't understand why companies are allowed to advertise on cash back websites when they have no intention of honouring the agreement. I purchased over £1000 of goods from these guys, and with only 2% cashback, I thought £20 in my pocket would help out come Christmas time, the day it was due to be paid the claim magically turned to £0.00 with no explanation. As such I will not use better bathrooms again (I can nowsee that they treat many customers in the same way!) as other stores offer similar prices for the same goods.

Made two purchases (approx. £500) with this company and goods/delivery were perfect. Only complaint is that both purchases have been zero for the cash back.. too much hassle to log a complaint and wait, therefore be careful...

Waited until after the 100 day cashback chase date to decline the transaction. Don't waste your time using them for cashback. No reason for declination at all, i'd met all of the criteria. First ever issue on topcashback and there 100 day limit is being exploited by the company.

The goods are what I ordered, delivered when promised and I am happy with them, but they sat on my cashback and then rejected -its past the 100 days so I cant claim.
I can see other similar comments, buy the goods if you like them, but don't expect the cashback, do expect marketing e-mails from them every week after your order though.
Its a shame - I am happy with the products and price for refitting the downstairs loo, but when I have to replace the bathroom upstairs next year (a much bigger order) they wont get my business...
