Very good merchant
Very easy to use. Cashback tracked without any issues. I had to wait for it to move to confirmed until after my stay which is understandable. It took long time for it to change to payable.
Overall very positive experience and the hotel itself was very good. I will be coming back.

Purchased hotel stay a few months before travel so there was a long wait after I got home to see if the Cashback would go through, I need not worry as I contacted support for reassurance all was going through and it did... Cashback now Payable...

Awful, over 13 months since I stayed at Barcelo, and No Cashback, even though it tracked fine, and customer service at Topcashback didn't seem interested, despit bi monthly enquiries.
