It took 10 months to get the cashback. Policy taken out in January, cashback only just became payable this week (but I'm not sure if this has been prompted by the raising of a service ticket).

Whilst the cashback amount was excellent, it took almost 10 months to receive the payout when the estimated time payable was 8 weeks.

Abysmal
Took out 2 policies in January, due 2 x £210 in cashback. All claims rejected for no reason other than a vague, catch-all 'terms & conditions not met'. I use TopCashback regularly for other insurance policies and absolutely know all the usual settings, committing immediately to the sign-up etc were in place as usual. Despite TopCashback doing their best to chase it up, after 12 months of paying premiums to Aviva they have blocked both requests. So they've had my money whilst I wait for them to agree it, as I don't want to stop paying early as this would invalidate any request and then they still say now with the vaguest of reasons.
It's most suspicious that all of my shopping, other insurance policies on the same pc and browser go through, but as soon as it's Aviva needing to pay out £400+ they decide I'm not capable of using TopCashback properly.
So I will be cancelling this at the first opportunity and going elsewhere!
Haha! Just re-filtered the reviews by newest not best rated and discovered it's been like this for the whole year. Will always filter by most recent from now on!!

Too long off a wait
They took so long to payout! I waited just under a year. Its a complete joke! I would definitely not recommend.

Not willing to pay
Whilst the cashback amount was excellent, be careful as look like they don't willing to pay. Waiting over 18 months and still nothing. Looking at latest reviews I am not the only one.

Not sure should be trusted
I am a member of the Topcashback site for 10 years so clearly know how to use it. But never had such a bad experience with any other merchandising as I have now with Aviva. Purchased 2 separate policies in 2 separate transactions in May 2022, following all the instructions. Have to rise the missing cashback claim for both of those. We have June 2023 and still nothing happened. After reading all comments looks like I am not the only one. And I start to believe this can be a scam.

Do NOT trust! They declined my cashback.
Followed all the instructions. My transaction tracked properly, and I paid 6 months for my insurance to qualify. My cashback was confirmed, but just a week or so before my payout date was due, the Aviva company declined my cashback!
How awful and untrustworthy!! Reconsidering if I should stay as a customer for my life insurance with them now.
