Any excuse to not track and not pay out
Do not expect cashback from Asda Mobile to pay out. They didn't track it apparently.

Shirkers - Expect to wait 7months only to be told 'Computer says no.'
Purchases never track and when you put in a claim they'll take 7 months to come up with patently false reasons to decline payment. On multiple occasions they accused me of cancelling my payment and requesting a chargeback - which is nonsensical as how am was I still able to use their network if I'd cancelled the payment?
It seems they now realise the stupidity of that excuse, and instead now just blanket refuse claims by claiming they can't find the tracking information for the transaction, even after providing the transaction ID.

Terrible, didn't track and declined the claim
Followed the steps and made the purchase immediately without any other actions. Didn't track. After more than 6 months, I was told order not found!!! This is terrible.

Cashback amount got wrong
The cashback should be £4.25 for a monthly plan of £24. They just paid me £3.61. I have no idea how they come up with figure. Topcashback should look into this.

Cashback claim denial by Asda Mobile
I purchased unlimited data plan for one month and Topcashback stated that there will be £4.25 cashback. The cashback wasn't automatically tracked. I had to make a claim for missing cashback. Asda Mobile always said the Order was cancelled or refunded. This wasn't true. Topcashback tried to offer £4,25 by was of settlement as a matter of goodwill. I accepted it. However the money has not come through yet. Feels like scammed into closing the claim.

Quickly tracked after buying a sim + bundle. Sim arrived after a weak and the cashback was confirmed within days of activating the sim.

Slow cashback I always need to start a missing claim.
When I purchase a bundle clicking through Topcahback to Asda Mobile on the retailers website It never tracks automatically I always have to lodge a missing claim to get the cashback due.
Once lodged the claim has always been paid eventually but customer service have to claim for it on my behalf.
