I cannot rely on getting any cashback from Asda via top cashback . I've several purchase from Asda via top cashback and it wasn't registered.

Never tracks
Like many others have stated, never tracks. ALWAYS have to claim. Lengthy process since introducing ‘on ice’ status. Just adds more time. Sometimes I wonder if it’s even worth it!!!

Asda Groceries
Click and collect or delivery, doesn't seem to matter, either way it hardly ever tracks and if it does it sits on my dashboard for months without even going to pending. I shop with ASDA online once a week plus I pop into the store regularly during the week too. I think that makes a valued customer since I am spending hundreds of pounds per week with them. Why are they still offering cashback when it is obvious they don't want to pay out?

I order 2 deliveries a week from Asda and they automatically deduct 20% from the value of the orders so that they fall below the required £48 and track at £0.00. Why is is this allowed when there is no VAT on food?

Use to track now doesn't even
Asda use to track but now doesn't at all. T&c state it won't track if any part of order is changed. So I'm guessing that means if goods are out of stock or Asda gives a substitute or goodness forbid I need to add a few things I've forgotten so actually increase my overall spend.
Incredibly disappointing.

Declined all cashback since Aug 2024
Everyone of my transactions with Asda have been declined.
Top cashback customer service are useless and just say declined by Asda even though I've spent More than £48 excluding VAT.
This merchant needs removing, absolutely useless. Would give 0 stars if it was an option
