I have used ArenaFlowers on a few occasions now and the recipients of my gift have always been very pleased with their flowers. I too am pleased as I feel that I always find a good deal and using TopCashback gives me an extra bonus.

the flowers were ordered for mothers day, my mother thought they were beautiful and the vase that came with them was very nice, i never got to see the flowers as we live miles apart but she seemed to be very impressed and i think they were good value for money would definately order again.

Excellent service, I have a problem in putting a wrong post code in in the original order, they rectified it immediately when I emailed their customer services and recieved an updatye to reassure me that it had been done. Their communication strategy is excellent and I recieved a text telling me when the flowers had been delivered and the time of day so I was able to contact the recipent knowing that she had recieved them. I wilkl certainly use this merchant again

Great priced product, cashback tracked quickly. Waiting three weeks only for it to be declined!!!
Assume was because I used a voucher code they sent me but it doesn't say they will decline as with some other merchants so very disappointed.
Will be raising manual claim, but doubt will get anywhere.
Should state in t&c that they will decline if codes are used :s

The flowers haven't been received yet so I'm not commenting on them (as some others have had bad experiences) but the cahsback has tracked fine, and at about 12%, rather than the advertised 10% which is a bonus. Hopefully the flowers will be as good.

Flowers delivered as promised on Valentines Day,no problem.Didn't receive delivery text until 9'oclock that night so a bit pointless really, as I already knew they had been delivered.A little bit dissapointed with the size of the 'bouquet',looked like quite a few more flowers in the picture on the website.But overall a positive encounter with Arena,as I had not used them before.

The Arena website is unfriendly, eg it mixed the individual messages, etc, when ordering more than one set of flowers each with its own message within the same login session, so had to do four separate sessions for four orders. The flowers were reasonably priced, were delivered on time, and were fine. When the flowers were delivered, Arena sent a text message and an e-mail, which were extremely helpful, as the customer knows that the flowers have been delivered, and at what time.

Flowers distinctly average garage forecourt standard. You would think lacking the overheads of high street florists you'd get better value, but after spending £50+ on a 10 roses, a bar of 99p soap, sample shower gel and a plain glass vase I have to say £50 in Waitrose at closing time would have got me better flowers. Avoid.

Following on from my previous post,dated 15th February,as I mentioned,the flowers were not up to the standard of other suppliers I have used and didn't last that long.Cashback already been paid,no problems there,just disappointed with the quality.
