Disappointed with the company agent responsible for processing Cashback for Apricot it took nearly 12 months to process the payment with no communication what so ever.

I love the brand but everytime I shop my cashback is either denied or tracked at the wrong amount. It also takes ages to receive any cashback through them. Bought a big order and got told they don't believe I used topcashback but it is showing on my account and I gave all the order information. Simply not worth it.
