Value for money and the fact their hotels offer an excellent service at great rates are just some of the reasons why TopCashback members have left rave reviews for ALL Accor Live Limitless. An easy to use website which is simple to navigate and good customer service are amongst other reasons why customers have been pleased with their experience of booking accommodation through them.

Trustpilot users have given AccorHotels a three-star rating overall. Seemingly obtaining money by deception. There should be a word for that but I cant think of it....

TCB are aware but will they resolve?
Cashback denied without a valid reason. I raised a ticket and supplied evidence at which point my claim was reinstated back to pending with TCB confirming on 16 June "We have been informed by the company who administrates the cashback for this retailer that the cashback was marked as declined in error. Because of this your cashback has now been corrected in your account." It remained pending so I questions further and was told in writing that it was now "confirmed" and the system should update. Well, the system did and guess what, it has now been declined for a second time. It would appear to all intents and purposes that this merchant/intermediary has little intention of honouring its obligation. It will be interesting to see how TCB resolve this and when they do I shall report back.

A waste of a click.
I've now had another 2 cashbacks from over 18 months ago, which have been declined. The whole thing is ridiculous. The current offer is up to 15% cashback, but don't be sucked in by this, as you'll probably never receive it! Go for an expedia or similar, cashback rate may be less, but at least you might get what you've clicked for!

They will NOT pay. I booked using a clean browser with no other click throughs. Read the recent feedback - common theme of declining for no reason.

Don't pay
They always wait until just beyond the 180 days then decline perfectly valid claims with no reason. Topcashback please take note and get rid of merchants like this.

Avoid
As others are reporting, they are just declining perfectly valid claims for no reason. Site admins - Remove them from cashback schemes so they don't appear in searches.

SCAM
Like others - it's taken 15 MONTHS! to have my cashback declined - and I can't even raise this with customer service as it was so long ago and doesn't come up as an option. I have my receipts from my direct purchase with them. It was all properly tracked, and I completed a week-long stay in an Ibis Budget hotel (which was also rubbish). This is an absolute joke. AVOID

Scammers
After over 12 months they somehow decided to decline my cashback - even though it was properly tracked and I did stay in their own hotel. This merchant is just a joke, a waste of time. Next time, I'll make sure to book through 3rd parties who always honour their payments, not like these scammers. Shameful really.

10 months, still waiting
I have multiple 'pending' cashback transactions from 10 months ago when I booked a bunch of hotels for work. All logged correctly so this is very disappointing they haven't yet been paid out or at least confirmed. Ibis hotels are usually reasonable value and quality but this is very poor service from Accor...

TopCashback State No Issues
Many of my bookings completed 36 weeks ago, but cashback is still processing. Topcashback have said that's just unfortunate and that Accor's average payout time is 15 weeks. They advised that people are just more likely to leave a bad review than good which is the reason for all the bad reviews. Basically seems like TCB are burying their heads in the sand and saying everything is fine.

No cashback payout. Avoid!
Stayed with them in Glasgow last October. Still no payout. Thery seem to think that people don't care but sadly this avoidance of paying a few quid meas that i now avoid Accor hotels. It's a matter of honesty and principle. I'm a business traveller and stay in hotels 4/5 times per month. Ah well.

Worrying Theme no Cashback paid out
I arrived on this review after having a payout for British Airways declined and also due to the problems I had with Accor Cashback. My 2 largest purchases and Cashback both had issues and seeing the reviews for both they are near identical with people posting they never received their Cashback . It there appears to be some scam the promise of Cashback that will never be paid. TopCashback state that payment is not guaranteed and so I would urge not to use this site thinking you will get the Cashback and let that sway your decision as chances are you will not and be left disappointed and cheated.

Refused to pay what I was owed
Not only did we lose out on a non-refundable hotel booking due to a bereavement, ALL rubbed further salt into the wound by claiming they didn't believe that TopCashBack was the reason we placed the booking... even though the cashback incentive was the exact reason we chose to book with them rather than another similar nearby hotel, AND the transaction immediately tracked on TopCashBack as soon as I booked it. Judging by other reviews, it appears that ALL are conning customers, and had the nerve to blame TopCashBack for the issue when I gave them a negative Google review.

As per everyone else - now seem to have a policy of blocking cashback
They used to be a reliable payer for me. However since switching to having differentiated rates I have not been paid with Accor claiming they cannot see TCB as the reason the purchase was made. Perhaps it tracks for new customers to Accor but I no longer factor in cashback when pricing up an Accor hotel which means I am now booking with them less. TCB should remove them from the site until Accor start paying correctly again.

Not Honouring Cashback
Used ALL Accor Live many times, mostly without problems. Sadly, since April, 3 x bookings have not been honoured. One of them was for a near £600 booking, which tracked, then suddenly changed to declined. Of course I was upset having booked directly through them Via TC, and not a booking site. Was then told generically that maybe I didn't complete the stay or I changed the booking. Of course I completed the stay, otherwise why would I raise an enquiry ? Have supplied booking reference number and date of check in/check out etc, and now status has been changed to "pending". Two subsequent bookings have also failed to track completely and subject to query. Top Cashback should monitor reviews and work with retailers to honour their agreements. It's not fair to often pay more via TC expecting a cash back payment, only to find you don't get the cash back, or have to wait months, so you end up with a double whammy. Using Agoda now until ALL Accor sort themselves out .... buyer beware.

Tried 3 times, all 3 times denied even showing the reservation confirmed. There is a problem with All Accor and also doesn't make any sense give less cashback to gold and upper tiers. They should remove it from topcashback uk since doesn't work.

Declined with no reason given
I always use a separate browser for cashback purchases (for me it is Chrome) and clear cookies for large purchases. I spent £283.90 with Accor with an expected cashback of £12.50. This has now been declined with no reason given. Look at the other reviews.
