TCB Purchase will not track
Don't waste time going via TCB for this merchant. They won't payout claiming last referral was from elsewhere. I know it is a lie because I cleared the cookies before starting the booking. TCB should kick them off the platform.

Dont expect to get any cashback- only book if you have the very best deal. Any cashback is a bonus- just dont expect it!

don't expect cashback!
As others have states, no payout when it's a substantial amount. we booked a lengthy stay in New York Sofitel and it was declined even though we'd paid, stayed and so on. Resubmitted the claim but rejected again. Clearly just advertising these cashback amounts to get you to book and then never pay out.

Waited for more than a year to get declined.
Accor is getting worse every day. I stayed at a hotel in october 2024 and even after a lot of complains and recording the whole booking procedure got the cashback declined. I'm not trusting this website and Accor again...

BEEN WAITING OVER 6 MONTHS - TWICE
I booked a hotel room through Topcashback on two separate occasions in May 2025 and both times the cashback did not track. Six months later I am still waiting to receive my two separate amounts of cashback. If you have a choice of hotels and you are only choosing this one because of the cashback amount offered, as I did, don’t bother because you probably won’t receive it!

Claim Denied - Don't use TopCashback
Despite providing a screen recording showing that my cashback was tracked, they still denied the payout, blaming the use of VPNs or ad blockers, neither of which I used. They claimed that other marketing channels might have been credited for the sale and refused to further dispute the issue. Even though I followed all the required steps, their support offered no real solution.

Was told that this is not the final referral and I am 100% sure this is NOT the case. Topcashback is the ONLY cashback platform that I use. I was booking two hotel rooms in one go in a rush and 100% sure I did it correctly (coz I wouldn't bother to going back and forth acting funny with the browser!)

Terrible retailer - avoid!!!
I don't understand why they just don't give the cashback like the other retailers. Always decline them. I won't be relying on cashback anymore with Accor. Feels like a scam retailer....

Declined Cashback
The cashback was pending for over 6 months and then they declined cashback. I appealed and it went back to pending then declined again a few weeks later, stating that I had not done it correctly. I know I did it correctly. Absolute rip off, won't be using this retailer again. They should be removed from TCB.

It’s not true!! You won’t get it.
I followed all the rules re cookies etc, provided evidence of booking, emails invoices, it sat for over 180 days and as per everybody else it was declined “as they couldn’t verify that id come from TopCashback as the last click”. This is just an excuse not to pay and reading other reviews I’m not alone. TopCashback need to either remove this company or honour the cashback as it’s too numerous now the number of similar negative comments.

Yet again another declined legitimate claim. What's going on? Why is it being listed on Topcashback when so many legitimate claims are being declined. It's a false statement. Both Topcashback and Accor need to be investigated by the regulator. Will be passing on details. Based on other reviews, it is clear this is a normal experience.

Like others have said they don't pay out. Went though the normal process and it did work a year ago but judging by all these claims that have been turned recently there's definitely something going on and Topcashback should be looking into this.

Stuck on 'pending' for months. Don't bother.
I booked a hotel in February for a stay in April. Two rooms for a three nights in central Amsterdam - so a decent amount of cash. It's now September and the cashback is still on 'Pending'. I'm resigned to the fact that I won't see this. There were plenty of other hotels in the same for a similar price, so the cashback deal was a major factor in selecting this one. I definitely feel misled. I opened a ticket with TopCashback, but they are unable to help.
