It's not an actual offer of cashback, they don't pay out. And they take more than 180 days so you can't challenge it.

Cashback tracked then declined
The cashback was declined and I see that they have added that cashback will not be paid on basic fares. It did not say that when I booked it as I always check the conditions before booking so adding that and then declining the claim is not fair.
Very disappointed.
