I bought 3 sim cards followed the link. Cashback was confirmed now it's denied and when I put claim in they're not on the list so won't let me make a claim. Waiting for support from topcashback to get in touch

Scam do not click!!
As others have stated they don’t pay, it’s a very dodgy company. The other good reviews are from employers. They sent me a broken phone , wouldn’t do anything about it, told cash back I hadn’t purchased the phone after I sent many emails of proof. Ever since I went through this company my bank has been attempted to be logged into and suspicious activity multiple times.. I will be taking this further so can’t say much else but absolutely avoid at all costs. They will go bust soon.

Did not pay cashback
I ordered a new phone via this website, cleared cookies and all browser history before that. The transaction did not even track. After raising a claim, I got a reply 4.5 months later that it was declined. Don’t waste your time hoping to get cashback.

Made up something about being an existing customer to not pay cashback
I was not an existing customer of theirs and had never received cashback from them before yet they claimed I was to decline paying cashback on a recent successful order. I can't recommend them. Their customer service is not very accessible or helpful. TCB support did their best and I can't blame them for this.

Beware, refused to payout even though the criteria was met.
Brought mobile contract without using a code and followed all the T&Cs to receive cashback. However, unlike most merchants on TCB Affordable Mobiles did not payout. Very disappointed especially as the phone contract wasn’t the cheapest. Shop around is my advice.
