Really easy to use, straight forward, dead cheap price. Had my will printed out and signed within 10 minutes. Reassuring to know they have solicitors behind them. I have recommended them to loads of people.

I have used this service for myself and have gladly recommended it to family and friends. What did I like about it? It was an easy form fill that was done in the comfort of my own home, yes I do have a simple estate but quotes I've had from solicitors were all over £100.

Purchase their Mirror Will service for £19 (£15.83 ex-VAT) and only tracked as £6.33 cashback (i.e. only 40% cashback - Not the 60% advertised). OK service but be aware they default themselves as your executor (which is how they will ultimately earn their big money) - if you choose to appoint a private executor some of the bits they ask you to fill in are irrelevant (investments etc) - they are not even included as an appendix to the final will. I was so frustrated with the process I asked for my money back - They processed without upset and seemed to welcome my feedback so I'd still recommend the service but go in with eyes open.
