Purchased from AC Lens 1/6/10 and have been chasing cashback every since. They have now refused to pay even though I have an email from them confirming the order and advising dispatch - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AS with previous buyers I have not received my cashback. I feel I have been conned into buying from this retailer by the high value cashback .From what i an see no one has received cashback since 2010

Haven't tracked the payment.... I've had to submit manual claim form and STILL waiting for retailer for transaction completed 07/06/2010. On the plus side, the lenses were fairly cheap and also didnt take long to arrive in the post.
Also be aware of custom charge when importing goods from the US!!

Tracked and confirmed before I even received the lenses! and it is expecting them to pay up a month later so no problems there. The problem is with the postal service and the UK government rather than with Ac Lens. It took Over 3 weeks to receive the lenses and then I was charged £14 import tax for a 3 month supply of lenses that cost £65. Adding another quarter onto the cost. For these reasons I am unlikely to buy from them again until they open a branch in the UK!

I've been using this company for many years now, and can highly recommend them. The lenses are exactly the same as those selling for twice or three times the price in the UK, and the service is fast and secure. Returning customers are given a discount and they will even remind you when you need to order more. Five stars!

Tracked immediately. Then stayed in pending for 10 weeks and then straight to payable. Excellent customer service also. Recommend these guys and a good place to get your contacts whilst the dollar is low!
