Your e-gift card will be in the form of a unique link that you click on to display an electronic version of your gift card. So when we’ve added this to your account, you simply click on the link provided and it will prompt you to download and save a file. Once you've done that, simply follow the steps below to spend your e-gift card online or in-store:
Online: Do your shopping on the M&S website as normal (remember to get cashback!) and then just enter your unique 16 digit card number and pin code at the checkout, selecting the gift card option at payment.
In-store: Simply print out your e-gift card and present it at the till when you come to pay. The cashier will scan the barcode and your e-gift card will be taken as payment. You can even cut out your e-gift card and store it in your wallet or purse, ready for whenever you go shopping.
