Your E-Gift Card balance can be checked in M&S stores by presenting the barcode of your e-gift card for scanning at the till. It can also be checked by telephone on 0845 604 5 604 in the UK and Channel Islands. Local rates apply but please note mobile rates vary.
You can check the balance online by signing into an online M&S account and going to the 'My Account' page. Under the 'Payment and Delivery' listing you can click on 'Check gift card balance'. This allows you to check your egift card balance without making an order.
