I have lodged a 'missing cashback' claim but now my transaction has tracked correctly. What should I do?

Thanks for taking action on this. You can simply close down your Claim, or let us know what has happened and we will close your Claim for you.

If you View your Missing Cashback Claim then you may find that our systems have already identified a transaction as corresponding to your Claim. If this is the case you can simply choose the right button to accept your transaction and close your Claim.
