We hope you enjoy using Snap & Save. We’re really proud to be the first Cashback website in the world to offer an app like this for you to use on your mobile phone.

We have just a few terms and conditions to be clear on how to use the service, so that everyone benefits…

Please make sure that any receipts that are submitted display the store name, the item purchased that is eligible for cashback, the date and time of purchase and the receipt number, otherwise your submission will be declined. Some offers may have additional information that is required from the receipt, so please make sure to read the offer specific terms and conditions.

As long as the required information is clearly legible on the receipt, it doesn’t matter if some information is upside down in the image. If you are unable to get the receipt information into the one photo, more than one photo of the same receipt may be submitted. However using the app will allow three photos to be stitched together and submitted as one. Please avoid folding your receipt or we may need to decline.

We will make every effort to read the information on the receipt that is submitted, but we reserve the right to decline any receipts that are of low quality or fail to clearly display the necessary information.

If an item is not clearly named on a receipt it may be necessary to mark which item on the receipt is being claimed for.

Receipts will only be accepted if they are within the limits of the individual product description detailed in the individual product’s terms and conditions, for example the size, weight, contents or variety.

Once you have submitted a receipt image, please retain the receipt or receipt image until your submission has been approved and the cashback has reached payable status in your account, as we may require you to resubmit it at a later date.

After you’ve submitted your receipt, please allow up to 30 days for Snap & Save cashback to show in your TopCashback account. Some offers may have longer periods, but this will clearly be stated in the offer specific terms and conditions.

Items can only be claimed once per receipt, and each receipt can only be used by one member for each offer. Any duplicate submissions for the same item in the offer period will be declined.

You may only use your own receipts (i.e. receipts for items that you have purchased yourself) and furthermore you may not share your receipts with other TopCashback members. TopCashback reserves the right to decline any submissions that are believed to contravene this rule and any cashback within those members’ accounts will be forfeit and the TopCashback accounts may be terminated.

An offer may only be redeemed on one occasion, unless stated otherwise, and may not be redeemed in respect of multiple or accumulated purchases, unless clearly stated otherwise in the conditions of the offer.

An offer will only be valid within the dates shown. You will only be able to submit a valid receipt up to 48 hours after an offer has expired, any receipts submitted after this time may not go on to be approved, the receipt date and time must be within the original offer period. In order for a receipt to be approved, the required purchase must be made within the original offer validity period. Receipts submitted outside of the offer period and/or any receipt with the date and time outside of the original offer period will not be accepted. Please note that some offers have specific requirements based on submitting the receipt within a particular time period after purchase, so please check the offer specific terms and conditions.

For general Snap & Save offers that aren’t specific to a particular store or retailer, In-store purchases from the following supermarkets are eligible for cashback: Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Asda, the Co-operative, Waitrose, M&S food and Iceland. In-store purchases from smaller stores belonging to these supermarkets such as Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local are also accepted. Any receipts submitted for any other stores will not be accepted unless clearly stated in the offer specific terms and conditions.

Online purchases will not be accepted. The receipt must be from an in-store purchase only.

Receipts from stores outside the UK will not be accepted.

TopCashback reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any offer or other promotion at any time without notice and without reason.

TopCashback reserves the right to adjust the period that an expired offer is available on the website.

Purchases may only be verified subsequent to members uploading a genuine in-store receipt via the app or website in accordance with the individual item terms and conditions. Submissions without an image clearly showing the relevant receipt will not be accepted.

Offers are only available to members who are actively registered with TopCashback.

Any receipts that are submitted for an eligible offer that have been edited or tampered with in anyway will not be accepted. TopCashback reserves the right to decline any receipt submissions that are believed to have been edited or tampered with.

TopCashback reserves the right to terminate any account in the event of suspected fraudulent receipt submissions.

Terms and conditions for individual offers may supersede these general terms and conditions where applicable.

TopCashback will not charge members for the use of the app or any of its services, however when using the TopCashback app on your mobile device, your wireless service carrier's standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply. In addition, not all app features may work with all carriers or devices.

Each receipt provided to us is checked for eligibility in order to verify product offers corresponding to your purchases, according to individual terms mentioned if applicable and will be stored on file for our records.
