Have used 7digital several times in over the past 2 months. Each time the correct amount has tracked within an hour of the transaction and confirmed within 14 days.
Whilst iTunes and other similar sites have some of the tracks at a cheaper price, the quality is actually higher with 7digital which for me(being a DJ) is a bonus.
Would certainly recommend this one to anyone.

The cashback always tracks, the MP3s are great 320kbps quality - better than Amazon. The rate is decent, at 5.25% . The only downside is it takes a long time (2-3 months) for the cashback to become payable.

I must say I've never had a problem with my cashback tracking except when I forgot to turn off AdBlock, which has blocked a couple of transactions from tracking, but that is my own fault. It's not a bad amount of cashback considering this is my favourite music merchant on the web - much better than Amazon MP3 because they offer almost exclusively 320kbps tracks compared to Amazon's varying between 230-270kbps - nowhere near as good! The prices are also mostly comparable to Amazon.

Very hit and miss with the tracking. If it doesn't track it seems to take ages for them to actually verify the tracking.
Don't buy from 7digital on the basis of the cashback as it's unreliable.

First time I used the site the cashback never registered and when I when to put in a missing claim form I had no order number to follow up with the claim.

7digital track OK but sooo slow to pay. 12 weeks? Try 82 weeks. I have 7digital confirmed cashbacks from May and December 2016 that still are not payable.

Never had a purchase sucessfully tracked with 7digital. It's been 5 months since I went the manual claim route, with no response yet.
I can't recommend using them for cashback.
