I was amazed to check my payable cashback this morning to find that my vodafone cashback had gone from tracked to payable in less than two months. We are still weeks away from the estimated payable date.

Before purchasing a £15.50 12 Month vodafone contract with £70.70 Cashback, I was sceptical because all of the bad reviews. I contacted topcashback about the failure rate of vodafone cashback and they assured me the poor reviews were from a minority of users and the majority did indeed get their cashback. They said I could write my own positive review when I get my cashback from vodafone, so here I am!

I ordered my new contract phone on sept 11th and it became payable on the oct 26th. Because it was for a large amount (£150) I thought it would take ages to come through so i'm really happy about how fast it has been.

Very happy with this retailer! switched from orange to vodafone due to the massive £150 cashback offer, and didn't take long to become payable. Bought a samsung galaxy s2 and so far no problems with service, although battery doesn't last very long. Thank you very much vodafone :o)

Twice, a completed sale for a sim only deal was cancelled by the retailer. The first time so called 'technical problem' second time, just didn't receive any further communication. When I raised a query with customer services via email, they ignored me twice. After persistent emails, they finally replied saying I should call the helpline. Totally ignorant staff. Was about to give up on vodafone but about a month later another offer came up and hey, it actually worked. I got the sim but we'll see about the cashback (need to wait 3 months)

We had problems with cashback tracking and then disappearing. However, filling in the cashback claim form through topcashback quickly led to the cashback reappearing. The cashback due (£155) was paid into my account within six weeks of signing the contract with vodafone. Much faster than many other providers. Very happy with the phone and service so far (apart from the blackberry messenger service going down for the past couple of days but that's not vodafone's fault!).

I had difficulty understanding the customer serive people because they were not native english speakers. I believe I was talking to people in egypt. This caused problems with my purchase which I am still sorting out.

Well, for all who are worried about cashback, mine has now changed back from 0 to the £70 it should have been. Must say, in the end, it paid out. Seems it goes to nil and then will change again after 3 months of contract. I didn't think i'd see this but was wrong - well pleased.

Purchased a 24 month contract with £131.30 (As it was in mid august). Tracked at £90.90 Within a few hours. Was a little concerned, but hoped it would correct itself. Within 3 weeks it was uplifted to 'confirmed' at the correct £131, and last week moved to 'payable'. Great experience, and a good saving - would recommend.

Have been paid £151 in cashback, got a htc wilfire smartphone and pay £13 per month on a 2 year contract, can't be bad. Had to query the cashback as it went missing from my payments grid but topcashback dealt with it within a few weeks, and have now claimed my money, all within approx 2 months. No real hassle here.

Had to make a manual claim after the cashback tracked at 15.15 Instead of 70.00 And after a week went to 0.00. The claim took approximately a month but has been reinstated and confirmed at 70.00. Really pleased with the cashback on a 12 month sim only contract.

Got phone ok but then vodaphone rejected the cashback claim after 3 weeks even though all was set up. Initally thought in for a fight hover vodaphone customer service was excellent. Didnt pay cash but put the 90.90 Direct on to my bill so very happy and surprised

We went for sim card only deal,, it is supposed to be £10pm our first bill was £10 +. We recieve many wrong number calls and get lots of text messages. The odd thing being,,,,, we have given nobody this number!!!!!!!

I purchased an 12 month sim only back in jun 2011. The cashback of £15 showed up but when I logged back into my account a week later and it was at zero! I lodged a claim and it has now been 5 months with several emails but no word. Tcb is saying that they are chasing the claim but no update in last 5 months. Be careful.

Did not track at first, but did eventually get paid, so all good. Tcb need to improve their email system as I was not informed my claim had been accepted and I had been paid. Overall a very good cash-back amount.
