  • Cashback is not available on Mobile Broadband devices or plans.
  • Any Untracked or Incorrect Missing Cashback Claims must be made within 4 months of the order date. Any claims which are lodged after 3 months of the order date will be automatically declined.

    With regards to Declined transactions, Missing Cashback Claims for these can be lodged which have an order date older than 3 months, however please ensure you have your order number, commonly begining with the prefix 'WEB'.

    Any Missing Cashback Claim must be made with TopCashback and not Vodafone directly.

  • To be eligible for Cashback on Vodafone Contracts you must be a new customer to Vodafone.

    Cashback is not available for upgrade purchases.

  • Please note that Apple iPad 2 is not currently eligible for Cashback.
  • Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any other Vodafone discount.
  • Rates above include 1% Topup for everybody
  • Vodafone cashback is available through Top CashBack on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.
  • VODAFONE CASHBACK can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping online as normal.
