With the help of topcashback's customer service I did eventually get my £30 promotional deal.

Cashback was acknowledged really quickly which was brilliant!

Very poor customer service - received confirmation email that my order was received online. Never got my phone and had to ring up customer service. Was told that my order did not exist in the system; would I like the order to be manually put through (ie. No cashback). I wanted the phone, so I asked for the order to be put through, only to be told that my address did not exist in the system (despite being a customer for virgin media for years and she was able to verify that I was a virgin media customer). Was told that customer service will call me back to process the order, after they have fixed this in the system. No call back after two weeks. So frustrated I ended up getting the phone via t-mobile instead.

This appears to be a complete waste of time. Looks like virgin automatically rejected my order. I then spent 45 minutes being passed from call centre agent to call centre agent. In the end they couldn't process the order and I ended up re-ordering over the phone...Thus losing my cashback I assume but I will chase with topcashback to see what they can do. This is a complete waste of time.

I trust all those members complaining that virgin media zeroed out their £30 have, or will have, raised a missing cashback ticket. Go to "my account" and "submit enquiry", select the correct option. If you have fulfilled the conditions of the offer then there is no reason to just roll over and let this merchant get away with it. Top cash back cannot do anything until you raise the proper complaint officially.
