Be warned, if you intend to import your telephone number from another network, they will grab your cashback from you! nobody at virgin customer services told me they would do this, they just took it back out of my account. I have raised a missing cashback ticket with my complaint - still waiting and waiting for a reply

So how long does all this take...?
