Great company - not always the cheapest but no denying the quality of the products and great customer service.

Always tracks quickly and pays out around the expected time. Viking are an easy company to deal with, products are good value and delivered quickly.

I have used Viking on many occassions and I have never had a problem with them, I have always had next day delivery and cashback has always been tracked.

Notification by cashback very fast, but it seems to take a long time for the retailer to verify the discount and make it payable.

I use this retailer a lot, cashback tracks really quickly, pays out quite quickly too. The orders are delivered very promptly and when I have needed to return somethhing is is easy to do. Highly recommended.

I would use this retailer again they give a realy good service.

Despite I paid with a verified paypal account and the shipping address was a paypal verified address, they still made an enquiry on my credit history to verify my identity. It's not a "hard" search, so it won't affect your score. Additionally they phoned to my office and asked the receptionist for me, and they verified the order details with me before the shipping. Despite these paranoid security measures, the item shipped quickly, the cashback was tracked properly and they were paying the highest cashback rate for my purchase at that time (9% for an ipad), so I can't be happier.

Once again the service was prompt and goods were delivered as advised. My call to customer service regarding damaged goods was also dealt with promptly and couteously. Cashback credited to account within days and in the past has paid out on time.

I would definitely recommend Viking for their products.

Cash back tracked very quickly.

I was wary of Viking due to the free delivery being withdrawn and a few bad comments but I think they are excellent in general. My order didn't run smoothly as I didn't realise I had to add the free chocs to my basket and confirmed without them, I then missed the 1st delivery. I rescheduled delivery but it came out again the next day rather than when requested but the goods were left with a neighbour and Viking rang to ensure that I was aware that they had been left. My chocs were sent on a seperate delivery for me and have arrived today. Not everything was perfect but I was kept informed throughout and the staff on customer services are excellent, extremely polite and helpful.I'll be using them again.

What an unusual shopping experience! they have so many gifts available when you buy different products, you can spend ages considering all the options. I plumped for a free morphy richards slow cooker (worth £23.63 At current prices on amazon, comet, dixons) when I bought 3 packs of envelopes (which cost just £19.77 Total). Also a laser printer (at half-price discount & works perfectly), printer paper and of course their big tin of celebrations chocolates free with every order. Free delivery too as i'd spent over £30. Ordered saturday morning, cashback of 9.09% Tracked on sunday and items delivered to me on tuesday. I was worried about the cashback not working as the link initially went to the business side of Viking's website (the one where everything is quoted ex-vat and is meant for business customers only). I switched to their consumer site with the link top-right to actually do my spending, yet it still tracked ok. Very happy customer and I will look at their website regularly to see what else they offer in the future. One last thing, they accept paypal in addition to credit/debit cards. Great for me as I get to spend the money i've accumulated doing online surveys :)

Wow - transaction tracked within hours. Remarkable service and it's great to see the interaction between a retailer like Viking and my favourite site topcashback. Any pennies saved in these hard times are very welcome and I feel really impressed that my money is well on it's way - beforethe goods I ordered are even on their way!!

I was amazed by Viking, delivery was next day for just £2.90: And they offer some good free gifts to boot also. For example I got a large box of celebrations (for christmas) and a quality ream of printing paper for £5 delivered. Cashback tracked quickly, goods delivered quickly and without problems. Highly recommended

Excellent cash back

Great service from Viking, good prices, excellent offers and delivery. Good cashback, only problem is it takes a few month to be paid but is always tracked quickly :)

All I can say about Viking: they provided great customer service and the products I ordered were good. I recommend them.
