Great set of swings and see-saw. Excellent value at half recommended retailers price. Looks complicated when you first get all the parts out but everything is labelled and comes with a easy to follow construction diagram. Swings do look high when first put up but the rope is very stretchy and soon drops when used. Children delighted and hours of fun ahead!

The reason I have rated the quality of cashback as 2 because I do not know, as yet, if I am going to get any. I spent a great deal of money in this particular transaction with this merchant but was not given cashback. I am still waiting to see if this has been resolved. Having said this, the quality of goods, service (delivery, etc) was very good. (Haven't used their customer service).

Unfortunately they left the huge parcel outside the front door for anyone to pinch as no one was at home - the product was delivered late

Very heavy parcel - 36.5Kg delivered to my home. Too heavy for me o lift onmy own so it had to sit by the door until help arrived. To be fair the delivery driver also had to struggle to lift it to my front door, perhaps this needs to be dealt with. Order itself was done well and comunication was very good.

My 1st purchase tracked and has been confirmed - but I am still waiting for it to be payable (was supposed to be end of aug I think). However, my 2nd order has failed to track at all, so am just waiting until tomorrow when I can fully submit to tcb to chase up. Seems toysrus are a bit slow on their cashback - shame as it is an added bonus to shop with them - especially as I am not near to a store.
