Tracked at £10 instead of £70 however a month later the transaction moved to the confimed column at the correct rate of £70. Had me worried but looks like it will pay out ok as confirmed at £70

Was already with T-Mobile so got the cashback for an upgrade I was going to do anyway! very quick cashback and really good customer service. Shane they raised the cashback to £151 the day after I got the new phone but, hey, lets not get greedy!

Placed my order at 2.30Pm and the cashback tracked at £70.70 90 Minutes later. Phone arrived the next day so the whole process took less than 24 to complete. Just got to hope there are no glitches from now on. At this stage I would highly recommend.

Ordered online thru tcb, phone arrived in 2 days and cashback tracked before phone got here, £70.70. No problems at all. T-Mobile easy to set up, put sim in and was away. My first andriod phone too, htc explorer, really nice phone and simple to use for anyone considering buying one. Battery runs down pretty quick but from wot I can gather thats to be expected. Would defininetly use T-Mobile again and would recommend. One other thing to consider, T-Mobile don't have data charges on their contracts so bear that in mind too!!! cheers.

Can anyone confirm how long it took them to receive the cashback? i have had a transaction pending since 18/08/11. Its estimated pay date is 30/09, but its not even confirmed yet, so I doubt it will be paid at end of september.

I found the order process really good, customer service were helpful when called to migrate existing number over. Cashback tracked at full amount and have now recieved it - only placed order in early july.

I've found my cash back came through extremely quickly. I received £101 pound for taking a phone contract out instead of going into a shop and receiving nothing! as it happens tmobile didn't have the phone in stock that I requested so instead they issued me with a better phone for the same money. I've used this cash back site regularly and this has definitely been the quickest and easiest transaction. I'm over the moon!

I have rated 5 star in respect of the purchase experience and the handset. Cash back arrived on time however not the correct amount. Having since had a disagreement with T-Mobile I have to rate their customer service as 0 star. I would therefore not re-visit this merchant and in fact I am migrating away from T-Mobile (six lines). Note to T-Mobile (in case you read this)...Accusing a loyal customer of not telling the truth is short-sighted...Obviously i'm leaving and will not return.

Didn't track when I placed the order on 4th may 2011. Sent enquiry and 3 nudges and £80 cashback confirmed on my account 7th july. I took out the £10.21 Per month 30 day rolling contract. Thanks to tcb for following this up with tmobile. Wee bit of hassle but worth it for the end result.

T-Mobile are a fine outfit, no problems, did everything I wanted as a customer. As for cashback, I bought a 24-month contract for less than 20 a month expecting 70.70. It tracked, as I knew it would, at 25 but today has moved to 'confirmed' and hasn't changed to 70.70. I have had to raise a ticket and i'll let you know if it goes correctly.
