Have never bought plants online before and was in doubt if they would be okay but these are great from this company, all have arrived in secure packaging and are growing happilly.

Further to my previous, quite negative review in terms of cashback, I am pleased to say 2 out of 3 transactions tracked correctly quickly, and the third for which I had to claim for, was coughed up speedily.

Very happy with items already delivered just waiting on items not due until end of march due to planting conditions. Delivery was very speedy for items already received and packaged well. With regards to cash back I am very impressed by the speed of this. Would highly recommend for quality items and delivery - cashback is an additional bonus.

Customer services are second to none - extremely helpful & I can highly recommend them. The plants have been of mixed quality this year - overall more good than bad though i've found you get better plants if you order them earlier in the season. Some of the 'sale' stuff has been rather dismal eg plants in poor condition, plants arrived broken, 3 sets of fuchsias were wrongly labelled & squished into the wrong size packaging, causing broken leaves etc. Obviously plants sent through a mailing system are more prone to damage but t&m sorted out any complaints quickly & efficiently either with replacement plants or a refund.

I usually have to manually submit my claims against Thompson and Morgan. Still waiting for 1 claim that is 1.5 Years old, but the others have eventually been paid.

Website is prehestoric. Slow and grinds to a halt far too often, which is a shame as the products are pretty bang on, but they have major issues with their web reliability.

Oh dear not very good at all. Two lots of plants I bought from them were in bad condition on arrival and all died within a few days.I am an avid gardener and this is the first time in 30 years that plants have died on me.

I have made numerous purchases and they have all been reliably tracked and paid.
