Quick tracking but site did not show full range of train tickets available and was more expensive than other sites.

Very pleased originally to get cashback, however when I visited recently to book tickets again, I was disappointed to find the cashback is no longer being offered :(

No problem with the trainline. The cashback is not great but their site is easy to use and great for finding bargain fares.

Trainline promises discounts, but I find it simply doesn't deliver. Plus it charges fees for tickets which means it's more expensive than booking with train company itself.

I saved myself £4.50 By booking directly with rail company, trainline charge a £1 booking fee + a £3.50 Credit card fee where as train company didnt charge neither and offered me same priced tickets on same route!! becareful!

The fees charged by trainline override the cashback. Much better off using transpennine express who don't charge. *Most train operators allow you to buy tickets for any part of the network.

Just on a month since this purchase and still not confirmed. Although the tickets were received very quickly, the cashback is so minimal i'm not sure if it is worth the effort of chasing it!

Is only a small amount but trainline changed the payable cashback to zero. I dont really give a damn of just 45p but it is the matter of principle rather than the cash which matters! better off to give the business to other site than a a site which got no ethics!

Note you will have to buy a very expensive rail ticket to get enough cashback to cover the booking fee charged. Other vendors (mostly the train companies direct like virgin charge no booking fee). Also note you dont need to actually travel on say a virgin train to book on the virgin ticket site!!! it for instance uses the trainline.Com but with out booking fee, all very odd! you effectively get 90p cashback on every booking!

By the time you've factored in the booking fee and credit card fee, it's not worth using the trainline. You might as well use one of the main train operators who don't charge these fees - you won't get any cash back but it'll actually work out cheaper!

Has twice tracked purchases but then after a couple of months the amount in pending has changed to 0. Have had to submit missing cashback claims. Yet to receive anything on all 3 purchases.

Waste of time. Cashback was tracked then changed to £0.00 When it became payable. Looks like they now have a minimum transaction threshold of £25 for cashback. This was not noted when I bought my last ticket. Won't be using them again...

Like others, it tracked fine, but when it came to the payable status, it turned to £0.

Although the cashback value is only 1.5% On purchases above 25pounds, at least this offsets booking fees & credit card fees. Cashback tracked quickly and was made payable soon after.

Like everyone else, this tracked initially then went to zero. This looks like some sort of scam. I don't know why tcb uses them; I certainly will not use them again.

Cashback was tracked and then changed to zero. Submitted a misssing claim several weeks ago but nothing has happened. This is the only company who have let me down on top cash back. I will not use them again

Booked tickets online, took ages to confirm and then changed cashback to £0.00! By this time it was more than 100 days since the transaction meaning I couldn't submit a missing cashback claim. Cheers trainline!

Booked online and it tracked ok though not particularly quickly (a few days). Tickets took about 5/6 days to be delivered.
