In order to track your purchases, small chunks of information (known as cookies)
are stored in your browser. They simply store tracking information so that when
you visit a store via Top Cashback any purchases made will result in the store reading
this information. The store will then send us information about your purchase, at
which point we can then credit your account.
However, in order for the tracking to work your browser must have these 'cookies'
enabled.
1. Test You Have Tracking (Cookies) Enabled
Press the button below to test if you have cookies enabled
Important Note: Even with cookies enabled, unfortunately this still
does not guarantee that your purchases will track successfully. With the ever evolving
landscape of anti-spyware, anti-virus programmes plus changing built-in security
functions within internet browsers (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), untracked
transactions are unfortunately inevitably going to occur at times.
If your transaction doesn't track, then please submit a
Missing Cashback Claim and we will chase up your cashback with the retailer.
This can be a lengthy process at times - but we are usually successful in the end.
2. Check Merchant Tracking
To check that tracking to a merchant works please click the link below which will
launch a new window. If you successfully arrive at the merchant's site then there
is a good chance that your cashback will successfully track.

Please close the test window once the test has either passed or failed.
