I have used swinton via top cashback for car and home insurance for three years. I did car insurance for a friend last novemeber. Got a good premium and £40.00 Cash back. The cashback was even paid on time and on the due date. It tracked after submitting claim, but top cashback dealt with it quickly. Will definately use again.

Excellent customer service, with a courtesy telephone call following an on-line purchase of insurance. Very competitively-priced insurance, company has high street presence, definitely recommended. Fingers crossed for great cashback, too.

I went on confused.Com and swinton came out cheapest by far at £166.49. Put exactly the same data in through topcashback and identical insurance quoted at £188 including cashback of £40.00 Making it £228!!! what a rip off. Warning - please be aware you could pay more going through this site!

Having waited over 8 months for casback from more-than, I am chuffed to receive my swinton cashback after just under 3 months. Great result.

Bought car insurance but plagued by phone calls as they try to sell other insurance. A real nuisance. Just hope I get the cashback in 3 months time!

Price quoted through confused.Com was far cheaper than when purchased through topcashback, although with swinton's offer of £40 back after 3 months and the £40 from topcashback I decided to go with it. Only one complaint.... "Stop the marketing phonecalls" at least 2 a day from their halifax call centre.. I certainly wouldn't purchase swinton again purely on the 'aftersales'

I did receive a good rate of £40 cashback that was eventually paid, so no complaints there. My problem is with swinton constantly pestering me to take their breakdown cover and life insurance. More than a dozen calls where I have politely declined their offer of '3 months free'. The last 2 calls I just said yeah ok just so they didn't ring back, even though I already have 12 months rac cover. I have put a reminder in my phone to cancel the cover after 12 weeks and a mental reminder to not use swinton again. I doubt they would be so eager to speak to me in the event of a claim.

Torture to deal with, had to get topcashback to get money. Swinton didn't keep to their quote, gave a 3 month free life policy which took another 3 months to cancel and we are still waiting for the refund. Didn't keep to their quote, wouldn't recommend them.
