I got sky for my dad 3 months down line still waiting for sky to get bak to topcash back got the marks ans spencer vocher so the know I ordered it but still no cash back after 3months beware

Forgot to mention, in addition to receiving £160 cashback, I also got £100 m & s vouchers, so all paid as promised!

Excellent product and service. Initial cashback tracked, and moved from tracked strait to confirmed at £120, and paid. Also took out the sports/movies packages, which did not even appear for three months, then suddenly another £60 was confirmed, and paid. So £160 total from sky....It seems that the info on my 'earnings' page is very erratic, but they paid what they promised, after a total of 6 months. This is understandable, as they need to establish that the customer is not going to cancel before they pay out. I hope other people are as lucky as me, as it made the whole package into a good deal, which I had budgeted for. But please look at any cashback as a bonus, not as money guaranteed in the bank.

Good service and no problem with casback although took more than it said for cb to become pyable

Signed up for sky begining of sept took till end of jan to get cashback £130 thanks plus £100 m&s vouchers very happy, to say it originally didn't track and had to put a manual claim in.

M&s voucher received very quickly and £100 cashback has become payable just over 2 months after ordering sky hd.

Joined up with a 50% sky discount voucher plus used topcashback referral and got 12 months sky entertainment with £50 m&s giftcard for under £7 per month. Bargain! as getting the tv deals was a simple and easy task, I have just switched my phone and broadband to them too and fingers crossed another £58 cashback will be due on top of the offers I got with that in addition to the already given £25 m&s giftcard. In all happy but will be extremely happy when the £58 comes through also. Tip: clear your cookies/temp internet files and don't phone to complete the order and bob's your uncle, cashback without problems.

Beware, only I put 5 stars so you see this...Like so many others, check latest reviews..Didn't track and after a month no change. Doubt I will get a satisfactory resolution to this. Owed £80, went through the order process accurately and precisely. Eventually tactics like this from sky will backfire...In this case I am in the process of getting broad band for another property and guess whether I will be using sky or tpb?!

I have now received the cash back £101 rather than the £100 I was expecting so all credit to tcb for their efforts in pursuing my claim. I had retained all the details they wanted together with a transcript of my chat with the sky advisor so perhaps this is what did it. I don't know but I am very pleased to get the cash. Well pleased with tcb as this $101 plus the £100 m&s mean that I have got £201 back on an expected annual expenditure of £297

The whole experience was so easy. With regards to topcash back, I took up everything now through them.

Tracked within 24 hours. £100 M&s vouchers received from sky 2 weeks after 1st dd payment was taken, and £101 cashback paid and received approx 9 weeks after install. Was worried after reading some comments but no problems at all.

Tracked quickly at slightly lower rate but got a great deal thanks tcb!

Generally good, a few minor issue with sky and the transfer over but got there in the end. Cashback very good.

I find that if I receive the cash back it is always a bonus I have only had one experience where it didn't work though. Signed up for sky on the 22nd march, 3 weeks later my cash back has been confirmed although I am awaiting payment - I know it has confirmed so just a matter of waiting. I also got the added bonus of £100 m & s vouchers, I did ask about these earlier this week and i've now received them. They also sent me an email to confirm they has been mailed. Not only am I saving myself £25 per month on my subscription I have also got £216 cash back too.

Really quick payout here, we've had sky tv for about a month and the payout has already been confirmed and now paid out, would definately recommend this one.

Broadband and talk order not yet active so cannot review. The transaction didn't track straight away took over a week. I did a manual claim but cancelled when the transaction showed up.

Ordered service online in november, was told they could not process the order as we were moving to a new property and the current owners had a sky subscription, said they would leave the order open and process after we moved in in december. Had an e-mail a few days later saying the customer service has been trying to get hold of me and I would need to contact them urgently. When I did, I was told that there is nothing to worry about, they have a note on file to say what will happen and it is just their system sending out an automated e-mail. On the night before moving I got another e-mail to say my order was cancelled!!! so I tried to put an order through in the morning at my friends to make sure I could place an order online to qualify for the cashback! you know what it said!!?? that I am an existing customer and that I can not place an order!!! what a scam! so I opted for ringing them up after we moved in - the order went through with the innitial order number - obviously not cancelled at all! a month later cashback that should have been over £100 torned it to a big fat 0... Have submitted a claim (over a month ago now), nudged them a few times - dead silence! very disapointed...

Unbelievable. I can actually get something for nothing. If you want to purchase anything at all, do it through this site. What have you got to loose?
