Cashback exclusions and terms

Complete Online
  • New customer orders must be completed WHOLLY online, if the order is finalised over the phone, the order will not be eligible for cashback
  • Existing customer orders must be processed via phone – cashback will be matched in the form of a bill credit. Please ensure you tell the call centre advisor that you are coming from TopCashback site to ensure you are awarded your cashback correctly.
  • Cashback is available to new Sky customers only who do not have a Sky Broadband/TV account.
Exclusions
  • If you use a communal dish
  • If you have been a customer with Sky within the last 12 months
  • Digital TV orders or TV upgrade products that are not activated within 80 days of purchase will be declined. Digital TV orders that are activated after 80 days since the date of purchase will be declined also.
  • Existing customers: if you do not tell the call centre advisor that you have come via TopCashback site, then they will not be able to add your cashback as bill credit.
  • If you are already a Sky Broadband +TV customer regrading to a better deal, for example from Essential Plus to Superfast.
  • If you were to keep your old landline number, you will not be eligible for cashback
  • Members may not be able to purchase online if they live in a shared residence with another Sky Broadband customer.

What to do when
  • Sky’s Customer service does not handle cashback claims. All claims sites should be addressed to TopCashback directly.
  • Sky cashback claims will not get submitted until the activation for your Sky package has passed.
  • Please keep a record of your Sky customer ID and order number – you’ll need these in the unlikely event you need to make a claim.
  • The vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback" query within 90 days of the transaction, we will be unable to chase up claims older than this.

If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Cashback Claim" within 7 days of your transaction tracking incorrectly as we will be unable to chase up claims older than 60 days.
  • You will be unable to submit a claim if your transaction has been declined.
About your purchase

  • Cashback deals are TopCashback online offers only – you won’t get cashback by contacting Sky directly. Your purchase must be completed online without visiting any other sites in between or you’ll lose out.
  • If you have been a Sky Broadband or TV customer in the last 12 months you should visit the Sky Existing customers Page.
  • Cashback will only be paid out for Sky Sports or Sky Cinema products for both new and existing (upgrading) customers, providing the customer remains on their contract for 6 months. We will issue the cashback owed to the customer 6 months after the transaction date.
