· Sky’s Customer service does not handle cashback claims. All claims sites should be addressed to TopCashback directly.
· This offer is not available direct through Sky or through the call centres or retailers. Sky customer service will be unable to assist you with any queries relating to your TopCashback cashback.
· Cashback is only available to residential customers who sign-up/upgrade online from start to finish and automatically processed. Minimum 12 month subscription applies to Sky TV or Sky Broadband.

· You will only be eligible for cashback on Sky+HD upgrades where the box and pack are purchased at the same time.
· Sky Upgrades Cashback is only paid once your HD+ Box is active and setup using the self set-up, as well as you obtaining your first HD pack.
· Existing Sky+ customers must take our self set-up option for Sky+HD upgrades.
· Customers with existing HD box will not be eligible. Please keep a record of your Sky customer id and order number as both of these will be required if you need to raise a claim
· No cashback will be paid on 'Connect' broadband.
· No cashback is paid to customers in conjunction with an exclusive voucher codes/coupon, staff discount or any introduce a friend offers.
· Cashback claims must be summited to TopCashback within the 3 months following the transaction, with correct Order ID or Sky Customer reference. All claims submitted after the 3 months deadline or with incorrect Customer details will be rejected. Sky’s Customer service does not handle cashback claims.
· Cashback on Sky Sports and Sky Movies is paid 6 month after activation date for taking out Sky Sports or Sky Movies as part of a new Sky+/Sky+HD subscription. The cashback will be payable to the customer if he is still subscribed to the Sky Sports or Sky Movies services after 6 months.
· If your order if not reprocessed automatically we cannot guaranty that you cashback will be paid. Should your order not automatically processed, requiring you to get in touch with Sky Call centre and/or should the agent inform you that the order need to be cancelled or re processed we’d advise you to reprocess your order via TopCashback.
