After nudging them the TCB have got the money. I had little faith but they have got it back. Skiset are slow in paying out but i got it, nearly 4 months later. Great price on skis, great skis, and now even better more money back!!!!

I have booked ski equipment twice with skiset, for some reason I have been paid cashback on the booking made in March for one person but I have never been paid out for a booking of 11 people in December. I have lodged a missing cashback claim but they do not respond. VERY UNFAIR>

Waited over a year for cashback to show, only for Skiset to say I had gone through another referrer????? So, no cashback. Ski at least twice a year, so won't be using this merchant again.

I used them twice early in 2010, and waited for at least 9 months, with TC staff pursuing them on my behalf, and eventually Skiset paid up! Persist with the claim - you may be pleasantly surprised.

Failed to track and now waiting to see if anything happens.
Skis at the resort were brand new and the staff were fine.
Could have got the same discount without prebooking, however my wife wasnt happy with her skis (wrong colour!!!) so ended up with top of the range pair but didnt have to pay the difference. Ended up £80 better off.
Would recommend pre booking and try and get a free upgrade..but not holding out much hope of the cash back
