Customer service were brilliant for me allowing me to get a refund on my tickets for a tour at one arena and buying them for the same tour closer to home when tickets were announced there weeks later. The cashback could be better mind, especially with the rip off service and admin fees they charge, but every little helps.

Spent over £200 on tickets with See Tickets in january, tracked very quickly at £1.00. Have been to said concert over two months ago and still not even confirmed. Very slow.

Not a huge cashback amount on buying tickets, but it's a nice gesture nonetheless and frequent use of topcashack means that all the little amounts soon add up!

Seetickets are usually brilliant however on this occasion I had to make a claim as I printed my tickets at home so no record of the tickets being dispatched was recorded thus not receiving the cashback. Tcb won the case though, thanks guys you do a brilliant job!

Transaction failed to track, and as cashback is only £0.25 Topcashback state that I cannot submit a claim for missing transaction if it's under £1. I know it's a silly amount, but disappointed all the same :(
