The cashback due stated that it would be payable on 30/11/09 but it has only today (06/01/2010) been transferred to the payable column for me to be able to claim.

I changed to Scottish Power when they were offering £110 cashback, it was tracked promptly and the utility changeover happened at the start of december and I received the cashback on 6th january. Very impressed!

I joined sp on the 29th of dec, and it pretty much tracked within a day, however, it initially showed up as £110, and now it has tracked as £0, within the payable section. I pretty much only chose sp for the topcashback and now, there isnt any, if this is not resolved then I will cancel the order. I am going to submit a manual claims form and see what happens in the next week, I will keep you posted.

Not tracked after two weeks altho welcome letter received. Its the festive season so will give them the benefit of the doubt but have submitted manual claim to tcb. Was in two minds whether to cancel change over and resubmit in hope it would track but decided that as tcb is usually successful in chasing up non trackers would put my faith in them! however if sp do not pay up will be very unhappy as am tied in to a years contract with them now. Will post back if they track/pay up!!

I have been waiting for my cash back since the 04/08/2009. Top cash back have confirmed that I will get it when they get it from the retailer they estimated 30/09/2009. It has now been so long that its a case of I will believe it when I see it as it is now 28/12/2009

Cashback offered was equivalent to two months gas bill so hopefully it will be paid on time. Has been tracked but not yet confirmed however swithing suppliers takes some time and i'm expecting confirmation once supply starts

I have been with british gas for a number of years with no complaints but they've become less competitive recently so I switched to Scottish Power on 6 dec and already cashback is tracking. Hope this bodes well for their future service. I'll let you know!

Took a couple of days to track, received confirmation letter within the week. The disconcerning thing is that on completion of application sp provide no customer reference nor is a confirmation email sent out.
