Tracked at zero from day one. After all the negative feed back sainsburys have received - i'm not surprised - i don't really expect to receive the 50p. Order was delivered late and incomplete.
It's not worth the trouble pursuing the cashback of a piddly 50p and i think that is what sainsburys rely on.
I just cannot understand why an organisation as big as sainsburys would wreck their reputation for a measly 50p.
When i tried to make a manual claim, tcb denied the transaction had ever taken place - yet it was in my list of transactions.
Never again.
I'll stick with tesco - they're terrific.
