Policy Validations
Each policy will be checked 3 months after inception (start) date. If the policy is still in force after this time, it will be validated and cashback will be paid. Upon validation payment can take around 30 days, so overall period before you will receive any cashback is around 4 months. Please note: sales are validated at the end of every month so if you started your policy at the start of the month the period you will need to wait for the cashback is likely to be nearer to 5 months.
Cashback will not be paid if:
The policy has been cancelled
The policy is fraudulent, e.g. has been purchased with stolen or fabricated personal details
A quote is generated via Top Cashback but you telephone us to complete the sale
Monthly direct debit payments has been missed
The policy is not traceable back to Top Cashback
How to best ensure your policy is tracked
In order to receive the cashback you must click through to the RSA E-CHOICE website via Top Cashback link. You must generate a new quote and purchase directly. If the quote has been generated via another site (such as a comparison site) or advertisement, the sale will not be attributed to Top Cashback and you will not receive your cashback.
Make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window. For reference and for any possible queries, note down the date and time of your purchase and the quote number provided on the confirmation page. We cannot track validations via policy number we require a quote number.
Cashback Queries
If your policy does not track or is not validated after 3 months, please raise a ticket with Top Cashback first. We will then process the transaction, and if the sale is traceable back to Top Cashback and adheres to the conditions of payment, we will validate the sale and pay the cashback.
