As they did not have the item I wanted, I was sent a replacement item without first consulting me. There was no problem returning the item (well, after queuing in the post office for 30 mins as the item was returned using RedSave's registered mail service), but I had to send e-mail twice and phone up RedSave 6 times over the period of 4 months to get my money back. Say no more and never again.

I bought an item that tracked fairly quickly however as I did not want the continued membership they are hoping you will pay for I cancelled it within the given time limit. As a result, and despite keeping the purchased item they seem to have cancelled my cashback so if the cashback offer influences your purchase then beware...If you don't want a costly membership scheme you may not use that often avoid this lot! their logo should read RedSave "the not so clever way to shop online!"

I bought from RedSave no problem in oct 2010... I got the products no problem and there was also no issue in cancelling the membership.... However, don't expect cashback from RedSave! the cashback was due for payment on the dec 2010, and was tracking as confirmed quite quickly.... However no cashback has still been paid out by june 2011! so, if you want to buy something from RedSave ok, just don't buy that purchase on the promise of cashback!
