Quickly tracked and paid. Used a few times, easy website to use with plenty of benefits over its rivals including points. Well worth using if you are buying train tickets.

Excellent service, reliable cashback tracking. The one time I had a problem they sorted it out quickly. I only ever use other train sites if there's some weird special offer that doesn't appear on RSH.

I love RSH. They're always giving discount codes and it certainly helps when you travel by train a lot. On top of that, they give cashback as well so that's great. I just received my first set of cashback from them. It took a while but it has finally become payable. Overall, I always use them and the cashback is decent as well.

Beware - 2nd Jan 2014 all my loyalty points were removed "removal of expired points". Small print has been changed and they expire at the end of a year now. Very unimpressed. However, transactions do seem to track OK via TCB and in my experience pay much quicker than a certain other UK cashback site.

5 stars to warn others of loyalty points pitfall .
Hi , the loyalty points awarded for buying tickets from R.S.H only last 6 months now instead of a 3years , I went to use mine and they had disappeared ! , gutted ! , especially after recommending so many people to them , emailed them and they said they had changed the small print, but didn't think it necessary to email or tell loyal customers like me , nice ! :@(

Excellent. I switched to using Red Spotted Hanky after South West Trains (who offer a higher cashback), stopped tracking any of my transactions. Red Spotted Hanky does not charge any booking fees, provide free first class delivery (or collection from train station) and exceptionally fast tracking. All my transactions (about 10 so far) have been tracked within the hour. Furthermore, Red Spotted Hanky's website also has an additional loyalty system. Loyalty points can be redeemed with various vendors, and if redeemed on train fares equate to the equivalent of 1% "cashback", bringing the total cashback up to 2.5% which is much more competitive than 1.51%!!
I am very happy with their customer service to date, now I just need to wait for the cashback to be paid :D

I've now used RSH via TCB 4-5 times and whilst it's too soon for the cash back the tracking seems to be working okay. My experience of RSH is more mixed thanks to my latest experience. I booked two sets of tickets via on booking code. On visiting the station the self service machine only printed one set. The error message said to speak to the ticket office but they didn't know what to do. On returning home I found an 0800 number for RSH and after a short period on hold they promised to reset the code. This didn't work and the second call to them took nearly 30 minutes and they promised to generate anew code. Whilst they were friendly enough I felt like I was in limbo and the new code only arrived 2 hours before the the trip. From reading other forums this seems to be a known software bug so they really should have fixed it by now. Whilst it was a bit stressful this time it would have been a nightmare if the printing failure had occurred just before travelling.

I have been using RSH for 3 months now. I'm very happy with the experience and the cashback offered. It tracks almost immediately, so no need to worry about filing claim..cashback is paid within a reasonable timeframe..would defo suggest it and use it again. Overall...good experience, hope it continues like that.!

I am so happy RSH are doing cashback again!
I used them for a while, as I commute to london on the trains everyday I buy a lot of tickets.
They make it so clear what journeys have the cheapest tickets and it will give 1 reference for several journeys (I buy 10 single tickets at a time) to make it easy for collection.
I recieved money back when trains were being disrupted with snow, quickly and efficently, the lady was also lovely.
I will always use Red Spotted Hanky from now on, I used TheTrainLine for cashback last time but they gave me a different reference number for every single journey and then they charge booking fees too so you actually end up paying more.
No booking fees on RSH, Even for credit cards.

I've been using RSH for a while now, and had to cancel one of my purchases (one ticket out of four going). RSH were very helpful and although they make a charge for refunding, they sorted it out and reimbursed me within a short while. It is such a shame they no longer offer TCB
Not only do RSH offer competitive prices, but they also give you FREE first class delivery, and Reward points which can be added and donated to 'the railway children' charity or used against you purchase.
Another great thing to remember is that if you shop with Tesco, you can double up your Clubcard points at RSH (so £10 in clubcard points becomes £20 to spend at RSH), I have also done this a few times, and saved a packet. They also give out free money into your RSH on their Facebook pages sometimes.
Overall a company that has always dealt with my queries excellently, offered good prices, and free delivery. highly recommend!

I just bought from RSH for the first time last week and I am very impressed. While their site could do with some improvements, their service is fantastic. I chose to have my tickets delivered by first class post for free and the tickets arrived the very next day. I will definitely be using RSH more often. :)

It now seems as if they are no longer offering cashback through Top Cash back - very disappointing as RSH was a new company to top cashback. Cashback didn't last very long!

No problem with this company. I don't get tickets posted to me as I use the collect from station option and this works with no problems.

Wonderful to see RSH getting cashback. I've been using this site for the last year or so as unlike other sites it doesn't charge a booking fee, and you can exchange Tesco clubcard points for vouchers. Haven't tried the cashback yet so will have to see how it tracks.

RSH has a very odd and quirky website, which still has bugs, and cookies that revert to the wrong user when you log in as a second person!
But it is well worth persisting. I like it for:-
* their own loyalty scheme (=1% off travel etc)
* 1-2% cashback
* no booking fees
* no post charge for tickets
* various games & promos that give £££'s worth of value

Always tracks and pays very quickly.
1.57% is a bit poor though!

Topcashback does record the purchase but Red Spotted Hanky does not automatically track it. Thus, I have to put in a manual claim each time.
Is there a reason or setting on my computer that needs changing?

Took three months to go from pending to confirmed will wait and see how long they take to go to payable. Only waiting on a very small amount of Cashback but as pointed out in my post in December 2012 the train tickets are much better value that the time they take to give you the Cashback

Most purchases have tracked and been paid after some delay, but one from May 2013 is still sitting in "confirmed" after more than a year - support ticket raised.
